22.1.1 is NOT patched. It opens on right click fine but asks for a key or tryal run…no key? no keygen? no good…..

Uh, so are the 22.x versions just not going to get uploaded? It’s been almost 4 months now. I know there’s a workaround fix to get 21.2.0 working, but 22.x has new features and frameworks, so we’re using a version with less capability.

yup it does, the app is m1 native
no it’s not, it requires Rosetta to be installed (it’ll install automatically the first time you open an Intel Mac). This is not a Universal app.
correction: I meant to say open an Intel App not Mac.
Ignore the idiots App works as expected. most windows apps can be installed and run well, many games play, especially when installed through X86 steam app .
Not recommended, fails for almost every EXE I give it
because you don’t know how to use Wine. Here’s some issues I should point out: 32-bit apps will not run great on M1 macs (they run fine on Intel) because of some issues with Rosetta and also having to use Wine32on64, this is translating the Windows APIs to Metal using multiple layers so compatibility will not be the best and lastly you’re probably not setting everything up right, you should have a new bottle for each application you install, you should use DXVK for DX10+ games (32-bit DXVK will not work with Macs), make sure to install all the Windows dependencies (eg: Visual C++, .net) for your application and lastly, see the information of you’re game on the PCGW, 32-bit games which are DX10/11 will not work, Unreal Engine 4 and above games will also likely not work. Performance and compatibility depends on what you’re trying to run. I’ve been able to run games like GTA 5, Skyrim, Sleeping Dogs DE and GTA 4 successfully with CrossOver, you’re probably installing the apps like an idiot. Also, one last thing. DX12 games are also not supported yet.

you said it the completely wrong way. Parallels is emulating Windows in a VM and CrossOver is virtualising/translate the Windows api to Metal through MoltenVK/WineD3D and DXVK
